How to Apply
Applying for a B&Q Account Card is easy and straightforward - just download an application form here and post the completed form to us at:
Customer Services, PO Box 8758, Birmingham B3 2PE.
Or alternatively, please take your completed form into your nearest store and speak to a member of staff who will take you through the in-store application process. This should take approximately 20 minutes and you will also need the following:
- Your gross annual income
- Your employment details
- Your bank or building society sort code and account number
- Your previous address if you've lived at your current address for less than 3 years.
